200 Hr Teacher Training

For the past 14 years, Fluid Yoga has successfully graduated over 500 teachers from our Yoga Alliance 5-star training program. Our comprehensive training offers a holistic approach, encompassing the mind, spirit, and body aspects of yoga’s inner teachings and outer practicum.

In our program, we focus on essential skills such as cueing, intelligent sequencing, how to create meaningful class themes and postural breakdowns for all levels of classes. Additionally, you will gain a deep understanding of yoga anatomy, insights into the business side of yoga, ethical considerations, hands-on assisting techniques, and much more!
