DO YOU TAKE MY INSURANCE?
That depends on your insurance. If you have Blue Cross Blue Shield, Allways Healthcare or Medicare insurance we will bill your insurance directly. If you have another insurance provider we will give you a "superbill" that includes all the information needed to for you to submit to insurance for reimbursement. Many patients receive full reimbursement.
Understanding what your insurance covers and doesn't cover is really important. That's why we've made this checklist here. Give your insurance company a call and have this ready to fill out. It should provide a straight forward idea of your benefits.
We are considered an Out-of-Network Providers for all except Blue Cross Blue Shield, Allways and Medicare.
If you have Medicare with a secondary Insurance other than Blue Cross or Always then we are technically out of network and we do not take your insurance. Its confusing! But we're here to help you understand.
DO I NEED A DOCTOR’S REFERRAL?
That depends on your specfic insurance coverage. Call your insurance to find out what is required before starting physical therapy. Generally you do for an HMO and you don't for a PPO. Please find out before your visit, otherwise you may be responsible for full payment. A referral is not the same as Prior Authorization. You may require prior authorization.
WHERE DO I PARK FOR MY APPOINTMENT?
Street Parking is free and easy. If you have trouble walking, there is a small lot listed as 4 Pearl Street with 4 spaces marked for Stil Studio. These are available for Padme PT patients to use during their appointments. Free parking is along High street, Church and School Street, and Free parking in the Keystone lot towards the shops in the square.
